| Description
The Kyoritsu KEW 4202 is a digital earth clamp tester that, in addition to measuring earth resistance and AC current, includes a Bluetooth communication function to transfer and save measurement data on an Android device. This provides significant advantages for remote monitoring and data management. |
| Key Features
Bluetooth communication: Allows real-time measurements to be transferred, displayed, and saved on a paired Android device using the "KEW Smart 4202" application. GPS data collection: Saved data includes not only the measurement values but also the date, time, and GPS location where the measurement was taken. This allows for easy mapping of measurement locations. Comparator function: Using the Android app, you can set preset values and use the comparator function to be notified when measurements are outside of the acceptable range. Clamp-on measurement: Provides a non-invasive way to measure earth resistance from 0.05\(\Omega \) to 1500\(\Omega \) in multi-earthed systems without needing auxiliary earth spikes. True RMS: Provides accurate AC current readings, including leakage and phase current, even with distorted waveforms. Noise check: Detects interference currents that can affect resistance measurements and displays a "NOISE" warning. Data memory: Can save up to 100 data points internally. Backlight: A backlit display and buttons allow for operation in dimly lit areas.Safety rating: The instrument is compliant with IEC 61010-1 CAT IV 300V. |
