Description

The Megger BITE5 is a portable battery impedance tester designed for assessing the state of health of various battery types, including lead-acid (VLA and VRLA), NiCd, and lithium-ion. It can perform both impedance and discharge tests on individual cells or full strings.

• Test Capabilities: Measures cell impedance, voltage, and temperature to evaluate battery condition.
• Discharge Testing: Supports discharge testing and can record voltage, DC current, impedance, and temperature throughout the discharge cycle. This is particularly useful when used with an optional load bank.
• High Voltage Measurement: Measures DC voltages up to 1000 V and AC voltages up to 600 V, allowing for testing in applications like solar combiner boxes and inverters.
