The HT Instruments HT7051N is a programmable digital insulation tester, also known as a high-potential or "HiPot" tester. The "N" in the model name indicates it is a "new" unit, specifying its condition. Designed for industrial environments, it can perform professional insulation resistance measurements up to 5kV DC.
