The HT Instruments ISOTEST M70 is a professional-grade, handheld multifunction tester for electricians, combining a 1000V insulation meter, a 200mA continuity meter, and a True RMS digital multimeter (DMM). It is designed for use on residential and industrial electrical installations in compliance with IEC/EN61557 requirements.
